Stability balls are replacing chairs in classrooms all over the country. The benefits are staggering. Students who use stability balls benefit from improved posture and increased attentiveness in the classroom. Instead of leaning back in a chair and growing tired, students must sit up and be a part of the classroom. Balance is tested. Students who need to fidget while they focus have a great outlet! Stability balls provide students a way to wiggle in a controlled manner. Movement stimulates the brain and helps us stay awake and focused! My classroom is in need of your support to make this transition away from traditional chairs to stability balls. You can help us break away from the constraints of an outdated learning environment!
