Being a kid should be fun even while learning. Play-based learning is an important way to develop active learning. Active learning means using your brain in lots of ways. When children play, they explore the world and build on their understanding of the natural and social environments around them. The games, toys, puzzles and other materials that I've selected for this project will increase the time spent on play in my classroom while enhancing literacy skills! It is my job to help my students find their love for learning. The materials funded for this project are for games and activities that are fun, engaging and educational!
