Children deserve a designated area within the classroom where they can feel comfortable with less stress and emphasis placed on test taking skills. The carpet will be the foundation of this area with its colorful and vibrant look. The bean bag chairs will be available seating for students to discuss classroom projects and viable arguments to defend their work in all subject areas. The bean bag chairs will also be a comfortable place to open up a book, explore and dive into another world with new characters and events. This area will be used for various subjects throughout the day. Students will enjoy walking into the classroom and being able to go to this area for quiet reading time or for small group discussion time.
