We have five kitchens in a home kitchen classroom, circa 1980. We offer 6 blocks of an introductory foods class, Foods for Wellness, as well as 3 blocks of Culinary Arts. These supplies and items will replace older, worn-out items, or they will bring a bit of fresh air into the tried and true food safety curriculum. Please help us clean, help us keep cooking, and help us update some of the essentials for our everyday use. The updated equipment and supplies, as well as the food safety games and activities will not only foster learning, but will bring the fun into food safety. Thank you!
