By donating to this project you will provide materials that already have a "home" in our classroom. We just need you to help get these materials through our door! My goal is to create a classroom full of collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking by providing multiple seating options for students to engage their bodies in while we engage our minds. These 21st century learners like to wiggle while they work. The products we are looking for include wobble stools and wobble cushions. Each type of seating reaches a different type of learner. The tall wobble stools will be placed around a rectangle table providing an ideal group space for collaboration. The wobble cushions will allow students to move around the room and work comfortably in pairs or teams. The can also be placed in our library for a comfy place to cuddle up and read a book. They are very lightweight and can also easily be moved around the room. Once the materials arrive we will come up with guidelines as a class and explore each of the seating options.
