I am a new fifth grade teacher shaping the minds of my students in the areas of Math and Science. I am trying to make Math and Science centers in my classroom so that the are not just listening to me lecture them all day. I feel confident that through the use of hands-on manipulatives that we can help the students build a sturdy foundation that is necessary for them to understand and master the concepts at hand. When you make a donation to our project, you will not only be helping the student grow academically but you will show them that their education matters to many people. With the Math and Science manipulatives the students will have hands on materials to further their learning in the classroom. They will be able to immediately be able to use the information they learned in the classroom and apply it to hands on learning.
