In an effort to implement our Viper Yoga for Athletes project, we need yoga mats! Yoga has been proven to prevent injury, increase flexibility and coordination. These mats will be used by our various sports teams throughout the school year and during summer conditioning. Each yoga session will be led by a certified instructor and tailored to target the needs of the group. Some areas of focus include shoulders, hips, and core. These mats will make a difference in our athlete's performance for many years to come! After each use, the mats will be cleaned and stored appropriately to ensure the longevity of use.
