1) Students know how to use a computer to play games. What they don't know is how to use a computer, keyboard and necessary software. It is necessary for me to teach the kids how to properly use a computer. 2) This year our school in now using online textbooks. We only have 3 computers in our class for 36 students. It is so important for kids to be able to have a book and learn how to read, even if books are online. 3) Chromebooks will allow students to access books, resources, take district tests, and use educational sites and games to reinforce skills taught.
