My students will be able to read online texts such as Time for Kids on the Google Chromebook requested. Students can build background knowledge before reading texts with unfamiliar vocabulary through the study of images and information. They will also have the ability to conduct follow-up research to build deeper knowledge of the most current content. Students who have opportunities to explore further into their learning through building accurate background knowledge, learning and understanding the most current information, and then answer questions they have developed throughout their study will gain a more rich and in depth understanding of the studied content.
