We need books and comfy seating. These materials will help my students learn to make positive choices by learning where they learn best. They will also learn to problem solve when their first choice isn’t available; this will build skills for the future while providing a comfortable place for them to read many adventures! Kids love making choices and this allows them that freedom. My classroom has many outdated books that students aren’t interested in reading. This is a year that students can begin to find their love of books and learn which books are right for them. They are beginning to dive into research as well!
