Students need subscriptions to SperScience and Science World for relevant up to date reading materials. Most students in this school are struggling readers and read well below grade level. Reading materials the inspire and educate will assist in the necessity of bringing all students up to grade level. Understanding grade level relevant text is critical to the success of these students. They need to be prepared for the future with up to date information. Having this information is necessary for the students succeeding in all science based endeavors. Reading is a basic skill needed to be successful in college and in life. Rural students are greatly under appreciated and overlooked.

About my class
