My learners are interested in learning English, but often become frustrated because they don't understand the spoken word. They are visual learners and can make greater connections to the language when they can see it and manipulate it. I have chosen these resources for my students because there are many colorful and relevant pictures for beginning learners. The students who are able to speak and understand English often need help learning how to correctly form a sentence and the items I chose for these students give them a variety of ways to manipulate items to practice speaking, reading, and writing in English. The students will be able to use these materials both independently and with their peers.
