This project will allow our students to have an outdoor classroom where we can take learning to a whole new level! We will be able to give them life skills, and make sweet memories along the way! We cannot wait to begin growing our own veggies and beautiful flowers. With the items listed on out wish list, we intend to provide opportunities to learn how use tools to create a nurturing environment for our plants to grow! Wind chimes and art easels will expand exploration even further, as those will add color and creativity to the space. We even have plans to incorporate a Koi pond inside the garden! Utilizing this garden and outdoor learning space will allow us to give our students hands on learning opportunities through a living curriculum. We can tie in science, social studies, literacy, and math through hands-on experiences all while exploring in the garden. Thank You!
