Supplying my students with flexible seating will allow them to bounce, lean and move while learning. By providing them with balance and ball seats, they can move while learning. It is proven that physical activity is linked to higher academic performance, better health, and improved behavior. Movement allows for their minds to be more alert and focused while burning calories and being active. Flexible seating will give my students a choice of how they sit and with whom they sit. Allowing them to have some control over their own learning environment and giving them the option to change their perspective as needed.
