These tablets being requested will enhance students learning in our classroom. Students will use tablets to investigate mathematical ideas, reasoning and visit interactive math websites where lessons are differentiated based on students level. This helps to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the concept. As an effective teacher, I strive to make lessons engaging, extend the learning process, and make the students lifelong learners. The education system and the way we teach is changing daily and at a high paced, ever-changing world due to technology; students need to be prepared to use, create, and have hands-on experience of this technology. Technology connects the world and my students need to be familiar with using technology in order to prepare them to be future mathematicians, scientists, doctors, and entrepreneurs.
