Every special education classroom can benefit from a classroom iPad. My students use teaching strategies based from ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) such as token economies and positive reinforcement. While many of my students have their own iPads, they use their iPads solely as their AAC (Augmentative or Alternative Communication) devices. The classroom iPad wold act as something they could earn after doing their work. The classroom iPad also has many benefits for me as the teacher for keeping rotations on schedule, keeping photos, and most importantly education apps for math and reading. You could say "theres an app for that" when it comes to teaching students like mine who are such visual learners and need accommodations that technology offers. Donors choose is such a wonderful gift to teachers like myself and I am so very appreciative. Thank you so much for your support!
