Headphones are essential in my computer lab. Since each student is working on his/her own individualized lessons, concentrating without being distracted by noise is important. These headphones will cancel out these distractions and allow my students to concentrate on their work. They will also be used during testing time, which occurs three times during the school year. These tests measure growth in reading and math. Students must be able to concentrate on their tests nwithout having to deal with interruptions that might be occurring in my lab. Students like being able to concentrate without interruption.
