Flexible seating will provide my students the opportunity to choose how they best learn and how to take ownership of their learning. We best learn in an environment where we are free to choose and move. My goals are for a classroom free of traditional chairs and space where we can all thrive. With this funding, I will create a classroom full of seating options to engage a diverse population of learners. I will have wobble chairs and bean bags. This will provide opportunities to work at tables of varying heights or on the floor. I can see children lounging in beanbags and wobbling on wobble chairs. I see engaged students smiling all over my classroom and falling in love with learning. The freedom of choice excites us all! With your generous donation, I will be able to complete my flexible seating options and set the stage to engage our curiosity and love of learning.
