It is very important to me that my classroom feels like a second home to my students. I strive to make the atmosphere as inviting and engaging as possible through the use of bright colors and personal touches like pictures of previous classes, as well as my own family, friends, and pets. My students come from many different backgrounds; they all come into my classroom with unique personalities, various styles of learning, and different needs. It is my goal to meet those needs and to make sure that each of them know that I love them and care for them from day one. I have always believed that a child doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care- then the learning and adventures can begin!
