I teach choir and general music to a population of very intelligent and talented students. The majority of students come from low-income households. They also come from culturally diverse backgrounds and face challenges on a day to day basis in their communities. I would like my students to continue to be provided the opportunity to receive the best music education possible! The music classroom needs to be a comfortable place. It needs to be engaging, current, and innovative in order for them to experience music to its best capacity.

About my class
