Students all learn in a variety of ways. Flexible seating will allow students the chance to take charge of their learning by selecting a seating option that will help them focus best. Alternative seating will be beneficial in keeping all learners engaged, focused and motivated. The products that I have selected will allow my students the choice of additional seating options that will make their learning journey more effective in the classroom. The balance balls and wobble chairs will allow students to get some movement out while still at their desks. These items will be able to be moved to different locations through out the classroom as well. The lap desks will allow students the option of working on the floor comfortably. I have witnessed in my classroom how allowing students to have alternative seating options can impact a student's learning in positive way. Students will stay engaged and in turn will be more successful in the classroom.
