Each year kids come in to our room very engaged and excited to learn. Almost weekly, we have students falling out of their chairs or getting stuck in them. Why? They are tipping them, standing up with their legs through the back home, sitting on the edge of the seat, etc. Some kids require the additional movement that standard chairs Just aren’t made for. This flexible seating will give kids a way to gain sensory input, exercise out their wiggles, and move (which research shows increases speech and language skills)! These stools will help remove a big barrier so kids can just worry about doing their best and not falling out of a chair:)
