Teaching fifth graders, I realize these students appreciate choice and independence. One of the options I want to give my students is a choice about where they sit in the classroom. I want my learners to be comfortable in their environment; if they are comfortable, they will be engaged. It is important to recognize the needs of all learners, and not all students are comfortable at a desk. I would love to see a variety of seating options so that each student is able to find a comfortable spot to learn. The stacking chairs will provide students with more traditional seating. The Kore Wobble Stools and ball chairs will help students who have difficulty sitting still while learning. I have invested in other seating options as well. I just need help with these last items. I sincerely appreciate your support in creating a classroom environment that caters to all learners!
