I work for a Title I school where our entire school receives free breakfast and lunch. Our families are mostly from inner-city backgrounds and rely on our school for support. Providing a positive, bright learning environment is key to our students' success. When students construct their builds they need a place to store their projects. Having shelving will enable students to display their works in progress. It will also discourage active hands from destroying builds. A major problem in my room is having their "mouse" break. We are missing a bunch of them and most are broke. When students get a new mouse they are able to move throughout the engineering applications with ease. They will be using computer aid drafting to create blueprints and models. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Having flexible groups, students will be able to solve problems and build their ideas in various areas around the classroom. Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and not whether their materials are going to work or not.
