By supplying students with the basic necessities to run a coffee cart business, students will learn valuable life skills that can be applied to daily life. These skills include social skills, cooking, food hygiene, basic math skills and customer service. This coffee cart project with coffee supplies will provide interactions that are critical to my students' self-esteem and development. These peer relations give my students purpose and motivation to be successful in school and community. It also allows them to be a part of the campus 'happenings' and feel unified with peers. My students enjoy hands-on learning activities. These activities allow for maximum engagement.

About my class
