White boards are magical to five-year-olds. They are also an excellent resource for classroom teachers. Having a class set of white boards, a small group set of magnetic white boards, and enough dry erase markers for everyone will truly help my kindergarten students with phonics, handwriting and math. These boards will allow all my students to participate in whole group and small group activities. Every child will benefit, but they will be especially helpful for my struggling learners. These boards will help me see who is grasping each learning task, and who needs additional support. Kids (and teachers) get so excited when they have new materials and supplies. You can help make this happen for my kindergarteners!
