Coding is extremely important for ALL students including Kindergarten which is the foundation age/year for future technology and learning. We are preparing students for the 21st Century and jobs that have yet to be created. The code-a-pillars are a beginning step in the process for kindergarten students to become successful when coding. They will later be needing the use of the Botley's to build the complexity of coding in kindergarten. The final step will be the students using the Ozobots to begin creating codes. The students will be working collaboratively and cooperatively together while communicating and critically thinking using the devices to begin learning how to code.

About my class
