Our district has made some incredible changes and additions within the last few years to ensure our students are well-versed in 21st century skills especially when it comes to technology. To ensure our students are digitally extraordinary, students are provided with 1 to 1 Google Chromebooks to use in the classroom and at home. Two things my students desperately need in the classroom are reliable headphones and privacy boards to be able to complete assignments independently without distracting others. They are needed to ensure students are able to access audio and video content on their Chromebooks as well as make small group and differentiated instruction successful. Privacy boards would help create a distraction free zone for them. My students love having the opportunity to experience technology without distractions. Therefore, having headphones and privacy boards would be a great enhancement to their learning!
