I honestly just discovered Hot Dots from a fellow teacher and can't wait to used them this coming year in my classroom. Hot Dots provide the students questions and reading passages, and the students use the Hot Dots pen to choose the correct answer. They are then told by the special pen if they are right or wrong. This will help me while I am doing small groups with other students. Hot Dots are great center activities to build understanding of the standards we study in math and reading. The LeapPads will also benefit our center rotations and will be so fun for them to use. My students love learning through hands-on activities. The LeapPads include a pen that will help to improve my students' handwriting while they are having fun. With technology on the rise, my students will learn a lot from these new resources.
