Kindergarteners are naturally active. Most of them can find it very difficult to stay still in traditional chairs. Some students have difficulty concentrating and maintaining focus. Flexible seating options not only give the students the power of choice but also allows opportunities for movement while they are engaged in learning. The products I have selected will provide students with several fun and comfortable options. Having options to increase comfort will also increase engagement and participation. Flexible seating options such as this are great for students who do not work well sitting in a hard desk for too long, who need more support when writing on the rug, and for our kiddos who may just not feel comfortable sitting on the floor. In addition, having fun seating options provide me a positive reward option for my students!
