My students need to be able to move around while they work. Gallery walks and games only go so far! These exercise balls will help students, especially those with ADD and ADHD, to productively work while also having the ability move their bodies in a positive way. In addition to the positive educational benefits, these exercise balls also promote good posture, core strength, and balance. My students will be able to engage in reading their favorite novel, write a wonderful essay, or collaborate with their peers, all while productively using the exercise balls. Flexible seating options give students the opportunity to have a say in their education and allows them the choice of free seating. These materials will significantly change the daily classroom environment to positively impact my students learning!
