Do you remember that one teacher that inspired you as a child? As a teacher, I want to be that in my classroom. I want my students to remember our class as a place that was loving, fun, and inspirational. Adding flexible seating and providing moments of mindfulness will help achieve that goal. Children are faced with many adversities but I believe having the opportunity to choose a comfortable seating option at school, will help students stay focused and enjoy learning even more. Also, providing mindfulness activities will create a ready to work environment and increase the positive vibes in our classroom.

About my class
