As a librarian, I love to see students get excited about books. My students love to see new books being displayed and always comment on how pretty are and love to just touch them and hold them as well as read them. Providing new books inspires students to read and keep reading. I want to see students succeed and reading has been proven to help students in all areas of the classroom. Our students have the opportunity to dual enroll in college classes. To help them succeed in this area, I have included the latest edition of the Publication Manual for APA. I have the unique role of being able to reach our entire student body. I enjoy finding books that spark a student's interest. With this project, I will be able to provide books to students who will enjoy them immensely.
