My project includes hanging lights and wobble stools! Both of these additions to the classroom will provide my students an overall better learning experience. The hanging lights are an alternative to the bright florescent classroom lights. Florescent lights tend to cause headaches and clash with the lighting provided by the Smart Board. The hanging lights will be more inviting to students and help them feel more comfortable and ready to learn! I am looking forward to adding the wobble stools to our reading small group table. Most reading instruction occurs at this table, and I want students to look forward to this time. Having the opportunity to wiggle while they read will help them focus and concentrate on the tasks.
