My students are extremely creative. They learn best in an educational environment that allows them to build, explore, and create. The light table will allow all students, including sensory students and students with vision impairments, to construct anything from blue prints for buildings to creative words and sentences. The flexible space balance balls will help my friends who like to wiggle not only be able to focus better on the lesson but also build those core muscles. The pretend and play market will allow them to learn life lessons in economics, in marketing, and social skills. Children learn best when given real-life opportunities to explore and learn. These classroom pieces will help build an educational environment that is not only fun, but that students can relate to in the real world.
