In a small town, down south, computing and understanding basic math is a very important skill to have. Some students grasps and understand the skills quickly, while some do not and need extra practice. Although worksheets are the quick and easy way to do so, using different manipulative materials are the most effective way. The items requested in my project will help my students to build a better foundation of math which will lead them to greater success in the future. The bingo game I have and the flash cards can also be used to help build the classroom community as well as helping the students to learn how to work together. My goal as the teacher is to make sure my students are learning the basics along with extended knowledge, all while having fun and enjoying themselves.
