My students are seventh graders in the very center of the transition from elementary school to high school. They are rigorously challenged in preparation for their high school careers which may ultimately lead to college or other career preparation tracks. As an educator, I must do everything in my power to provide them with the resources and knowledge necessary for higher education. On the fast track to a high school classroom, it is essential for my students to have a solid foundation of scientific knowledge and concepts that will be explored in greater detail throughout their continuation of middle school, high school, and beyond.
