Osmo is a creative way to open up a world of learning for individuals who struggle with focus, academics and being part of a social group. I rented 4 Osmo kits the last 5 weeks of school for my students who all have different disabilities and unique learning styles. Osmo showed me how I could open doors for my kiddos in the areas of coding, art and academic learning in a creative and fun way. These kits not only helped my students academically but I saw how it helped them socially as well. For some of my student who are on the Spectrum I noticed how they were sharing pictures they drew, words they built and the excitement when they learned how to code. After I returned the kits, my students continued to ask me where they were and when we could get them back. I would love to have this program in my classroom for the start of the school year! It would be wonderful to see the excitement on their face and to see how much further they can take their own learning.
