Older, struggling readers want books that are of high interest, but that they can also read independently. They need books that aren't for "little kids" and they can share and discuss with their friends. These types of books are expensive and not easy to find. The book set I am requesting will help my kids build fluency, confidence and self-esteem. With your generosity, our students will be motivated to read and continue to grow their love of reading. With the proper support, soon they can read the same books as their peers! Thank you in advance for helping our students continue on the path of becoming life long readers.
