Chromebooks will allow my children to further their independence in learning, giving them the ability to work on research and projects of their choosing. When projects are self-directed and self-driven, the learning results have always been excellent! Technology skills are as necessary as oxygen in today's world and will boost academic and economic success . Currently, we have 4 computers in our classroom for 19 students. I am thankful for those 4 but, also know that the children would be able to achieve greater learning with more frequent access to technology. I would love to assist my children in creating presentations, portfolios, and productions to showcase their learning while they instruct others, as well. The availability of additional technology will encourage students with more ease and less wait time!
