The goal is simple. We want to equip Southern Nevada’s youth with the knowledge of how to live a healthy, active lifestyle by providing instruction on fitness-related activities and nutritional information. We strive to increase the welfare of the overall community by reaching as many youths as possible to stress the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by: · Introducing the benefits of exercise, understand healthy eating, and proper rest. · Motivating youth to create personal goals for fitness and proper nutrition. · Helping youth develop a lifelong commitment to personal fitness and healthy eating. · Display good sportsmanship on a regular basis at home, school, park, community, etc. These art supplies will be able to be used for various family fitness nights where students will be moving from various stations. These masks, glitter, beads and other items will all be used for fun family nights. Without the right resources, we are not providing all we can for students.
