Every Thursday my male students will dress up in slacks with bowties. It will teach the young men how to dress for success, interviews and special events. On Thursdays while they are dress; I will teach them how to apply for jobs and how to conduct interviews. Most of the students have not left their county or town. I feel as though it is my job to to give them this experiences. I eventually will take them on field trips dressed in their bowties so they are exposed to other places other than their hometown. This will be the first tie that many of the students will wear.
