Chromebooks will support the individual needs and learning for my ENL learners and students with disabilities. Students will have the opportunity to find books on their reading level and listen to reading, or read to self. My class does not have a library, so this would create an electronic library for my students to practice their fluency and decoding skills. Chromebooks will make an enormous difference in my students' learning because all material can be easily modified to meet the specific needs for students with disabilities. All of my students will be able to access the curriculum no matter what their disability might be. Students who struggle to write (fine motor) will be able to use a mouse, practice air writing, or use to speech to text software to write their narratives.
