My students love to read new books! We have a classroom library already complete with a large bookshelf, a lot of book options, a small table, and a rug. I want to make the reading nook cozier and more enjoyable for them by adding these two rocking chairs. Being comfortable while diving into a new a book can take the reading experience to a whole other level. I want my reading corner to be a privilege for students. The rocking chairs are not only an addition to my classroom library, but they would also build upon our ever-growing collection of flexible seating options. Flexible seating allows the students to pick from a variety of seating options so that they may do their work to the best of their ability. It allows students to take the learning environment into their own hands.
