It is such a joy to watch students find connections between the the subject matter and their own little world. We live in a technology-rich world. Access to that technology is an important part of the educational process. These calculators are a tremendous tool for helping students make connections. I love to be able to see my students gain understanding of the difficult concepts and I really believe this is a useful way to do so. While some students still enjoy being taught in a traditional manner, there are several that benefit from the hands-on, visual learning that comes with this technology.
