When I introduced to my students that we would be using dumbbells this year, some of them were confused but many were ecstatic! Most have never used weights before and the questions started to roll. I want to help each of my students learn the proper ways to use dumbbells while also becoming educated in the importance of a healthier mind, body and soul. This project will help fuel the eager minds of my students. They will get the chance to learn about the different types of upper body muscles, strength training & conditioning, weight lifting programs/routines, and the proper use/handling of weights.
