These lab supplies will continue to provide the hands-on experience that my students need. In Physical Science, student must understand and identify the different types of chemical reactions. The lab equipment and chemicals will enable the students to see and experience the different type of reactions.The safety glasses are needed to provide protection for the students during the lab. The butane cylinders with tops will provide the heat needed for oxidation to occur on the copper wires and will be used for additional labs during the school year. In using the lab materials, my students are engaged in discovering the types of chemical reactions in a hands-on environment. The chemicals I have ordered will allow the students to experience what chemical reactions can do to a substance. Its hard for some students to recognize what a chemical reaction is and this lab equipment will allow them that experience. Physical Science will come alive for the students with the help of theses chemicals and lab equipment
