Disk golf has become a very popular sport over the last few years for people of all ages. It is a great sport for children to learn because participation is fun, it requires a lot of walking which is a healthy activity, and it is affordable and available in most communities. I will be able to use this equipment in my Physical Education classes to give students a realistic introduction to the sport. They will learn the rules, how to play safely, and get exercise all at the same time. The equipment will also be available for students to use at recess.
