They will need to develop a plan for not only buying the house, but also a budget for keeping it. The idea behind this project is to give students a glimpse of the requirements for attaining, maintaining, and keeping a house. The paper and pencils are essential supplies needed to plan, design, and develop the ideas. The calculators will be useful in making an accurate calculation and keeping a balance budget. The magnetic builder will be use to create a 3-D visual of their house.
