These materials will enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy. They work each day in activities that involve literature. We need two 2-shelf storage units, a magazine rack, books bins and a rug to create an appealing reading area. Every student will be able to choose books which will help them continue to enjoy their school reading time. All this will help me to create an organized, functional space with bright colors and clear labels that is fun and accessible to all students. They will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level to continue growing their love for reading. They will also be able to choose books that interest them, and, as they increase their reading ability, they will grow stronger in reading.
